Egg Avocado Breakfast Bagel

You haven’t had avocado toast until you’ve paired it with Nooks & Crannies® perfection!

Ingredients

1 Thomas’® NEW Nooks & Crannies® Bagel, toasted
1 egg
¼ cup avocado, mashed (or store-bought guacamole)
Pinch chia seeds
Pinch paprika
Pinch red chili pepper flakes

Directions

1. Soft-boil egg by placing whole egg in shell in a small pot. Cover with water and bring to a boil over high heat. Once water is boiling, cover pot with a lid, turn off the heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Drain water and allow egg to cool. 2. Add mashed avocado to toasted bagel. Season to your liking with chia seeds, paprika and chili pepper flakes. 3. Peel cooled egg, and cut in half. Position 1 half atop avocado and enjoy.
