Easy English Muffin Breakfast Sammie
These grab ‘n’ go breakfast sandwiches make busy mornings a breeze!
6 large eggs
Salt and pepper, to taste
6 slices Cheddar cheese
10–12 ounces sliced deli turkey
2. Crack one egg into each ramekin and season with salt and pepper. Slightly whisk the eggs with a fork, and cook until the whites are cooked through (approximately 12–15 minutes).
3. Place half a slice of cheese on each muffin base, followed by 1 egg and approximately 2 ounces of turkey. Top with remaining half slices of cheese followed by muffin lids.
4. Eat right away, or individually wrap sandwiches in plastic, place in a baggie and refrigerate until tomorrow morning.
