Deviled Mini Bagels

The filling of this classic app makes an egg-cellent spread on bagels!

Ingredients

6 Thomas’® Plain Mini Bagels
12 hardboiled eggs
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sweet relish
2 teaspoons mustard
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
22 baby tomatoes, sliced in half
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
Paprika for garnish

Directions

1. Slice eggs in half. Carefully remove the yolks and place in a medium bowl with the mayonnaise and mash until well combined. Add sweet relish, mustard, salt, and pepper and stir well.
2. Lightly toast each bagel half and arrange on platter. Spoon egg yolk mixture into piping bag with tip and pipe onto each bagel.
3. Top each bagel half with tomatoes and chives. Garnish with paprika.
