Croque Madame Bagel Sandwich
Say “Bonjour!” to savory French flavors for breakfast.
1 Thomas’® Plain Bagel, toasted
1 slice of thick-cut deli ham
1 large egg
4 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
8 ounces of grated Gruyère cheese
Crack one egg into a heated frying pan and cook until set. Split a Thomas’® Plain Bagel, spread Dijon mustard and sprinkle cheese onto both halves. Place in the broiler and toast until the cheese is melted and the bagel is golden brown. Finish by topping with the sliced deli ham and fried egg. Bon Appétit!
