¼ Lox (salt-cured salmon)
3 oz cream cheese
1 small red onion, chopped
1 dozen capers
fresh ground pepper

Directions

Cut Thomas'® Original Bagel in half and spread with cream cheese. Drape lox over bagel and top with onions and capers. Sprinkle with fresh cracked pepper and serve.
