Cinnamon Swirl Bread French Toast
A twist on a classic using Thomas' Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Bread
4 slices Thomas'® Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Toasting Bread
1/4 cup milk, any kind
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon butter
Fresh berries, your favorite
2. In a large skillet set to medium heat, melt butter. Once melted and hot, add Thomas' Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Bread slices. Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and fry for 1-2 minutes on the other side.
3. Serve with maple syrup, powdered sugar for sprinkling, and/or fresh berries, if desired.
