Cinnamon Swirl Bread Breakfast Sandwich
A little sweet, a little salty and absolutely delicious!
1 slice Cheddar cheese
2 slices bacon
2. Fry bacon in skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate to dry.
3. Remove excess bacon grease from skillet and return to medium heat. Cook egg sunny-side up (whites are firm and yolk is still runny)
4. Place egg on 1 slice of toasted swirl bread. Top with Cheddar, bacon and second slice of toast.
