2 tablespoons apple chutney
1 red apple, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Powdered sugar, to taste
2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place vegetable oil in skillet and cook apple pockets until golden brown on both sides. Remove from heat.
3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
