Ingredients

4 slices Thomas’® Cinnamon Swirl Bread
2 tablespoons apple chutney
1 red apple, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Powdered sugar, to taste

Directions

1. Slice the crust off each slice of bread. Spread 1 tablespoon of chutney in the center of 2 slices of the bread and top with red apple slices. Cap each slice with the remaining 2 slices of bread and pinch the sides shut.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place vegetable oil in skillet and cook apple pockets until golden brown on both sides. Remove from heat.
3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
