Chicken Salad Bagel Thins Bagel

Ingredients

2 Thomas’® Plain Bagel Thins® bagels

½ pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded

2 tablespoons dried cranberries

¼ cup green grapes, halved

2 tablespoons sliced almonds

¼ cup celery, chopped

⅛ teaspoon pepper

⅛ teaspoon salt

⅛ teaspoon garlic powder

⅛ teaspoon onion powder

2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, combine chicken, dried cranberries, grapes, almonds, celery, pepper, salt, garlic and onion powders, Greek yogurt and mayo. Stir well to combine. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
2. Toast Bagel Thins bagel and top with chicken salad.
