Charlie Parker's Diner Breakfast Horseshoe

2 Eggs, Cooked to Your Preference
4 Strips of Thick-cut Bacon
6 oz Cheese Sauce
6 oz Sausage Gravy
12 oz Shredded Hash Browns
2. Place both halves of the english muffin on a plate, buttered side up.
3. Layer one egg, followed by 2 strips of cooked bacon on each english muffin half.
4. Ladle 6 oz of cheese sauce on one english muffin half.
5. Ladle 6 oz of sausage gravy on the other english muffin half.
6. Cover entire plate with freshly cooked hash brown.
