2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla
⅛ teaspoon salt
2 bananas, sliced
Whipped cream for topping
Caramel drizzle

Directions

1. Heat butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Once butter is melted, add in brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt and mix. Lay down banana slices and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and caramelized.
2. Lightly toast the English muffins. Lay on the caramelized bananas and top with whipped cream, finishing with a drizzle of caramel.
