Ingredients

1 Thomas’® Plain Bagel
2 tablespoons Mascarpone cheese (can substitute Greek yogurt)
1 teaspoon lime juice
½ teaspoon honey
1 cantaloupe wedge, thinly sliced
⅛ cup chopped pecans

Directions

1. Toast bagel.
2. Mix Mascarpone, lime juice and honey in small bowl.
3. Spread mixture onto bagel halves.
4. Lay sliced cantaloupe on top of mixture.
5. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
