Buffalo Chicken Cheese Pizza Bagels

A little spice and a lot of melted cheese makes for the perfect pizza bagels.

Ingredients

6 Thomas’® Plain Bagels, split
1 lb of cooked chicken breast, shredded
1/3 cup of cayenne pepper sauce
2 cups Pimento cheese
8 oz pepper jack cheese, shredded
4 oz blue cheese
1 bunch of green onions

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, mix chicken and cayenne pepper sauce until coated, set aside. Split your Thomas’ Bagels and place face-up on the baking sheet. Spread pimento cheese on each bagel half, sprinkle with pepper jack and top with buffalo chicken. Bake for 7-9 minutes until the chicken is warm and the cheese is melted. Finish with crumbled blue cheese and finely chopped green onions.
