Ingredients

4 Thomas’® Original English Muffins, split
12 slices bacon
1 tbsp butter
6 large eggs
4 tbsp cream cheese
4 thick slices tomato
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Heat a large skillet on medium, add bacon and cook until crisp. Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium skillet. Add eggs and whisk until scrambled. Cook until eggs are set then add salt and pepper to taste. Split and toast your Thomas’ English Muffins then spread cream cheese evenly on each half. Add scrambled eggs, bacon and a slice of tomato to the muffin bottom. Finish with muffin top.
