Blueberry English Muffin French Toast

⅔ cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2. Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
3. Fork-split English muffins and dunk in egg mixture until fully coated. Place on hot skillet and cook, flipping intermittently, until golden brown on both sides.
4. Serve with butter, maple syrup and fresh blueberries on the side, if desired.
