Big Game Mini Bagel Sliders

Ounce for ounce, these beef and Colby sliders satisfy big and small appetites for game day entertaining.

Ingredients

1, 10-pack Thomas’® Plain Mini Bagels, cut in half
1 lb ground beef
8 slices Colby cheese
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F and spray baking sheet with cooking oil. Combine ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder and add salt and pepper to taste in large mixing bowl. Form 8 mini burgers from mixture and place on bottom halves of Thomas’® Mini bagels on baking sheet. Replace tops and cover with foil. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Lay Colby on each burger and replace tops and foil before baking another 5 minutes. Serve with your choice toppings.
