Beef & Spinach English Muffin Burger
Boring buns are no match for Thomas’® Nooks & Crannies® perfection!
1 pound ground round beef
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tomato, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
2. Lightly toast English muffins in toaster or on the grill. Place a few leaves of spinach on each English muffin base, followed by 1 burger patty. Top with tomato and onion slices and English muffin lids.
