Ingredients

1 Thomas’® Original English Muffin
¼ pound ground beef chuck
1 slice red onion
½ strip bacon, pre-cooked
1 piece iceberg lettuce
1 slice tomato
¼ cup Blue Cheese crumbles

Directions

1. Toast English muffin until golden. Form burger patty to be slightly larger than the muffin.
2. Grill patty 6 minutes per side or until cooked thoroughly.
3. Grill sliced red onion until slightly charred on both sides. Fry bacon until crispy.
4. Build burger by topping with lettuce, tomato, grilled onion, bacon and Blue Cheese crumbles.
