Balsamic Melon Goat Cheese English Muffin
A delicious recipe that rewards the adventurous, this incredible mélange of flavors has to be experienced.
⅛ honeydew, cubed
⅛ cantaloupe, cubed
½ avocado, cubed
1 tablespoon Goat cheese
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
2. Add vinegar, oil, and salt. Toss together. Place in fridge to keep chilled until later.
3. Toast English muffin until golden brown.
4. Spread Goat Cheese onto both halves. Layer on melon mixture. Garnish with cilantro.
