Bacon-Wrapped Avocado English Muffins
Why choose between bacon or avocado when you can have both?
2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 tablespoons cream cheese
1 avocado, sliced
1. Cook bacon in a small skillet over medium heat until crispy (approximately 10 minutes). Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain and slightly cool, then chop.
2. Toast English muffin and add 2 tablespoons of cream cheese to each half. Layer on desired amount of avocado slices and top with crumbled bacon.
