1 Thomas'® Original English Muffin
¼ avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced
½ cup sprouts
1 large egg
1 slice ripened tomato

Directions

Preheat panini press. Crack one egg into a heated frying pan and cook until set. Place both sides of Thomas’ English muffin cut side up on work surface. Add your avocado and fried egg to one side and tomato slice and sprouts to the other. Combine both English muffins halves to make a sandwich and place on panini press. Close and bake for 3-4 minutes. Let rest 2 minutes and enjoy!
