Avocado Breakfast Bagel Sandwich
This breakfast sandwich has everything.
3 Thomas’® Everything Bagels, toasted
5 strips bacon
3 slices Cheddar cheese
1 avocado, sliced
2. Drain some of the bacon grease from the skillet. Return it to medium heat and fry the eggs until the whites are set and the yolk is still slightly runny. Top each egg with 1 slice of Cheddar cheese, turn off heat and cover skillet with a lid to let the cheese melt.
3. Layer bagel bottoms with sliced avocado, fried eggs, cheese and bacon. Top each with a toasted bagel top and enjoy.
