All American English Muffin Breakfast Burger
Say buh-bye buns, hello Thomas’® English Muffins – the better way to burger.
¼ pound ground beef
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 slice Swiss cheese
1 teaspoon butter
1 lettuce leaf
1 slice tomato
2. Split English muffin with a fork and butter both halves. Toast on grill for 1-2 minutes.
3. Build burger. Layer lettuce on toasted English muffin base. Top with cheeseburger, ketchup and/or mustard (if using), tomato and toasted English muffin top.
