California Turkey and Avocado Muffins
Smoked turkey and avocado come together beautifully in this California Turkey and Avocado English Muffins recipe.
4 Thomas'® Triple Health English Muffins, split and toasted
1/2 cup ranch-style dressing
8 oz sliced, smoked turkey
1 tomato sliced
1 medium avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
Spread 1 tablespoon dressing on each muffin half. Top each bottom half with lettuce, tomato, turkey, avocado and alfalfa sprouts. Top with remaining muffin halves. If desired, serve with additional dressing.
